As the Red Ensign Group marks Day of the Seafarer, it's a time to pause and reflect on all that is done for us by them.
If the last few months have taught us nothing else, it is simply this: seafarers are the lifeblood of nations.
Let us not forget what we have learned, let us continue to work for their welfare, and to work for their right to work safely.
